Information you provide: when you use our case-review form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and your answers to intake questions describing what happened — including the type of injury or claim you tell us you are interested in.

Consent records: to document your consent to be contacted, we capture the time of your submission, the consent language you agreed to, and independent consent-certification tokens (for example, TrustedForm) that record how the form was completed.

PlainJustice is a matching service, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Submitting our form does not create an attorney-client relationship with PlainJustice or with any attorney. Information you share directly with an attorney after we connect you is governed by that attorney's own privacy practices and professional obligations.
We use your information to: match you with independent attorneys who handle your type of claim; connect you with the attorneys you select; contact you about your potential claim consistent with the consent you gave; respond to your questions; improve our matching service; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your case details for unrelated advertising profiles, and we never sell your personal information.
With your consent, PlainJustice and the attorneys we connect you with may contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your potential claim — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any legal representation or of using the service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect other ways we may contact you unless you tell us otherwise.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, document consent as required by law and carrier rules, and meet our legal obligations — after which it is deleted or de-identified.
